Bucket Hats and Legionnaire Hats are ideal when a bit more protection from the sun is required. Several styles come with UPF rating of 50+ and have been approved by the Cancer Society. Available in a wide range of styles but they all look the same in a photograph! So please get in touch and let us know what you’d like so we can come up with the right styles and fabrics for you.

Traditionally, embroidery is used for logos and company details. We also offer a digital print applique badge which allows for incredibly fine detail and has wider appeal than embroidery.
Price is dependent on material, quantity and branding. We need to see your artwork and get an idea of quantity required in order to confirm prices.
Indicative pricing for 100 Cotton Bucket Hats with one colour print in one position is $6.50 ea + gst.
50 Deflector Hats with embroidery (one of the most popular Cancer Society approved styles) $26.90 ea + gst.
Standard lead time is 10 working days from art approval + 2 days transit but this extends at peak times such as pre Christmas
