Labels are applied by hand and although the greatest care is taken, label positioning cannot be guaranteed across the entire order.

Standard lead time is 10 working days from art approval for branding however this extends at peak times such as pre Christmas. Colouring Pencils are sourced ex Brisbane and it’s currently taking around 7 working days for transit.
